Thanks for the regular updates. The activities of the community, both mundane and extraordinary, are quite interesting for outsiders like me. It's generally very difficult to get any news on the zainchi community, so this site is definitely special. I think it's also a helpful model for others in the diaspora to base their activities. The zainichi community seems large, well organized, and more experienced with issues than many. The Korean community in America is more religion-based, so I think many practical issues in the community, such as education or political support, are not as broadly organized. Highlights on the activities of individuals also give a sense that mindan is mindful of its members (like an alumni newsletter).
