human rights to make living in Japan. |

| We will contribute to the economic growth of the zainichi
society, to create the foundation for preservation and
prosperity of the zainichi. |

| 4. Cultural improvement of the zainichi |
| Born and educated between Korea and Japan, we will bloom
our original culture and encourage ethnic education. |

| 5. World peace and international friendship |
| As the bridge connecting Korea and Japan, we will contribute
to the globalization with the idea of 'multi-cultural
harmony' and 'respect for the human rights'. |
